JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and dynamic Principal to lead our school. The ideal candidate should be an innovative educator with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of international curricula, and a passion for nurturing a positive learning environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Academic Leadership
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the international curriculum.
  • Ensure high academic standards, effective teaching methodologies, and student achievement.
  • Monitor and evaluate instructional practices, ensuring alignment with international best practices.
  1. Administrative & Operational Management
  • Manage day-to-day school operations, including staff, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international educational regulations.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating school environment.
  1. Staff Development & Supervision
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
  • Promote professional development and collaborative teamwork among educators.
  1. Student Welfare & Discipline
  • Uphold a positive school culture that supports student well-being, discipline, and character development.
  • Address behavioral and academic concerns in line with school policies.
  1. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and the broader community.
  • Represent the school at educational conferences, accreditation visits, and public events.
  1. Strategic Planning & Growth
  • Lead long-term planning, including curriculum enhancements, infrastructure development, and enrollment strategies.
  • Drive innovation in teaching and learning to maintain the school’s competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 yearsof teaching and leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an international school setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of international curricula.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and manage school operations effectively.
